JBF's Franchise of the Year 2026: It could be YOU!

Franchise Owner must be in Good Standing, which means current on royalty payments and fees, meeting all performance requirements, and compliant with all expectations outlined in  the Franchise Agreement and Operations Manual. Applicants must attend JBFCON the year they apply. Application must be completed in full by award due date to be considered. A Franchisee may win only once every three years. Past Franchise of the Year winners may apply for consideration AGAIN after three years time. e.g., So if you won FOTY in 2021 (meaning you applied in 2020), you could apply again for consideration for FOTY in 2024. Winner agrees to allow photos of award receipt to be published for promotional purposes and to benefit their territory.

Our Franchise of the Year stands out above the rest when it comes to growth, overcoming challenges, building teams, serving families, and representing the JBF Brand well. Use the following prompts to tell us how your location stands out. Please include up to 10 images within your application. Email your completed application - as a Google Doc - to Awards@jbfsale.com before the deadline. 

• Tell us about your business. What characteristics of your business are you most proud of? What did you do to develop these features? 
• How has your business helped families say “Yes!” and how are you being intentional and persistent about reaching more and more local families to sell and shop? Outline your marketing strategy, noting specific priorities from at least the previous two years.
• As a company, we have four Core Values: We treat people like friends, We figure things out, We value progress over perfection, and We are better together. Share examples of how one or more of these values are demonstrated in your local operations?
• What is the financial story of your business? Share event data KPIs and P&L data from at least the previous two years.
• Share the goals you have set for the next 1-3 years for your business. Why are these goals meaningful and how do you plan to achieve them?
• List all of the contributions you have made to the JBF franchise community (service on committees/teams/task forces, facilitating groups, contributing at JBFCON, helping at sales events, etc.).

To be considered for JBFCON2026, all applications materials must be received via Awards@jbfsale.com no later than 11:59pm EST Thursday, November 21, 2025.

Your application along with supporting materials provided by the Franchisee Support Center (Royalty Report Summary, current P&L Report, and Core Value Questionnaire) will be provided to an independent business professional in the franchising space for evaluation and selection.
